I’m a minivan guy. I wouldn’t own one and I wouldn’t like one, but in my prior career I helped design Chrysler’s second-gen minivan, understanding that exercise involved a lot of benchmarking and voice-of-the-customer research. That have sticks with me at night when I do minivan comparisons much like the one we ran last December, we still get ready our finishing order. But because this was a type of rare holiday seasons which have the families from each side of our own household visiting over a couple weeks, I reckoned a real-world rematch on the top-finishing Honda Odyssey and Toyota Sienna may very well be in order.
